James, that tea consumption looks a bit iffy for a boater, only 3.4 cups per day? Were you by chance supplementing this liquid intake with some other beverage?
Before you go out further please be sure that your B&Q hose is capable of withstanding any local 'hotness' at the engine end. Very well done again!! Jim

Thanks for the good advice, Jim; we've now cable-tied the pipe securely so it can't come into contact with any hot bits of engine.
